Financial Services Automotive Legal Accounts
Due to continuous grow we are currently looking for a number of recruitment consultants to work in the above markets. A successful consultant with Axis will want to work in a target driven, money focused sales environment and will have a direct influence on the continuing growth of the organisation. This role will only suit someone who wants to give 100% but also expects the same treatment!
We have relationships and recruitment agreements with some of the UK’s largest business’s allowing new recruiters to join with an established/warm desk.
Our commission structure is one of the best in the industry and is based on achievable monthly and quarterly targets without thresholds; simply you earn commission on everything you bill. Consultants who work with us will earn a minimum first year OTE of £35,000 -£40,000 and year two and three OTE will only increase.
